Ralph, a representative from the company came out and in detail explained the innovative process of liner or epoxy used to reline the pipes without digging or having to break the floor. After agreeing on the contract, the work commenced as scheduled and was completed within a week. The workers were punctual, professional and courteous, and they took pride in their work. They answered all of my concerns and explained the process along the way. After the job was completed the premises was left clean. Awesome service called John up to see about doing a pipe scope and possibly lining of some pipes on a property I am selling. I explained to John, that the company a potential buyer hired to inspect my plumbing claimed that there was 14 feet of cracked and collapsed cast iron pipe under my foundation, and that the buyer refused to let me see the video of this claim. John sent his guys out the following morning. Pipe scope was done by his guys and they found no evidence of any cracked or collapsed pipes and no need of pipe lining .
